§ 10.04.020. Designation of parking regulations and time limitations.

After approval by the Oregon Department of Transportation, where such approval is required by the State Motor Vehicle Laws, and for the best use of the streets in the public interest, the City Council shall designate by resolution the following parking regulations:
(A)

Time limitations applicable to parking on particularly designated public streets within the City;

(B)

Parking prohibitions applicable to parking on particularly designated public streets within the City.
