§ 10.04.080. Impoundment of violating vehicles.

Any vehicle parked in violation of this chapter may be removed and impounded at the direction of any police officer at the expense of the registered owner. Such vehicles may be released to the owner thereof only upon the payment of all expenses incurred in such removal and impoundment, bail (if applicable) and all outstanding fines.
