§ 10.16.020. Storing inoperable vehicles in public view.

(A)

It is unlawful for any person owning or in possession or control of any property within the City to keep, wreck, store or allow to remain outside of a building or structure any number of wrecked or dismantled motor vehicles or any part or parts thereof of any motor vehicle or vehicles which is no longer licensed for operation upon public streets or ways or any motor vehicle in an inoperable condition, but this section shall not prohibit the exhibition or sale of vehicles in operating condition within the areas zoned for such activities.

(B)

Each day during which the vehicle or part thereof is stored or permitted to remain on the premises in violation of this section shall be punishable as a separate offense.
