§ 12.20.040. Construction standards.

The minimum standards for the design and construction of sidewalks shall be as set forth in the Transportation System Plan and as set forth in the Design Manual of Streets and Ways for the City of Jacksonville, Oregon, as contained in Ordinance No. 214, a copy of which is on file in the Public Works Department.
