§ 12.20.060. Permit; application.

An application for a permit shall be filed with the Public Works Department on a form provided, together with such information as may be required by the City. This application process is subject to approval by the City Administrator. After determining that the proposed sidewalk construction, repair or alteration conforms to the applicable standards and specifications, the Public Works shall issue a permit to the applicant. If the City is requiring the repair of the sidewalk, the permit shall state the date within which the work shall be completed.
