§ 12.20.120. Violation; penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine to be established by resolution, by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both. A schedule of fees, fines and penalties is kept on file in the offices of the City for review.
