§ 2.36.050. Conference calls.

  • Notice and opportunity for the media and public to be present must be provided when meetings are conducted by conference calls. For nonexecutive sessions, meetings held by telephone or other electronic means of communication, the public must be provided at least one place where at least one electronic means by which the public can listen to the communication at the time it occurs. A place provided may be a place where no member of the Council is present. The media must be provided access to such facilities even for executive sessions, except where those sessions are exempt from the media.
