§ 2.36.200. Flags, signs and posters.

  • (A)

    No flags, signs, posters or placards, unless authorized by the presiding officer, may be carried, displayed or placed within the Council chambers or meeting hall in which the Council is officially meeting.

    (B)

    This restriction shall not apply to arm bands, emblems, badges or other articles worn on personal clothing of individuals, providing that such devices are of such size and nature as not to interfere with the vision of other persons attending the meeting, and provided that such devices do not extend from the wearer with the exception of a normal visor on a hat.
