§ 3.12.080. Improvement plans.

(A)

Before imposing an improvement fee for additional transmission, distribution, storage and pumping capacity downstream from the City of Jacksonville master meter or additional drainage and flood control; transportation; and parks and recreation; facilities, the City shall adopt a plan that:

(1)

Lists the capital improvements that may be funded with improvement fee revenues; and

(2)

Lists the estimated cost and time of construction of each improvement. The plan may be modified at a regular meeting of the Jacksonville City Council.

(B)

Before imposing an improvement fee for additional treatment and transmission facilities upstream from the City of Jacksonville master meter, the Medford Water Commission and the City shall adopt a plan that:

(1)

Lists the capital improvements that may be funded with improvement fee revenues; and

(2)

Lists the estimated cost and time of construction of each improvement.

(C)

The plan may be modified at a regular meeting of the City of Medford Board of Water Commissioners. The Commission shall give the City 30 days' written notice prior to any modification of the improvement plan.
