§ 3.12.180. Penalty.

Violation of section 3.12.160 is punishable by a fine established by the City Council periodically by resolution. A schedule of fees, fines and penalties is kept on file in the offices of the City. In addition to the fine, all applicable SDCs must be paid. The fine shall not to exceed 25 percent of total SDCs owed.
