§ 3.26.020. Service fees.

Fees for opening and closing of graves to include urns, supervising the setting of markers or other appropriate charges shall be set and/or amended by resolution of the City Council after receiving recommendations for such fees from the Cemetery Commission. The fee is established by the City Council annually by resolution. A schedule of fees, fines and penalties is kept on file in the offices of the City for review.
