§ 3.28.050. Computation of tax.

Each business shall be taxed an amount to be determined by resolution before the City Council per parking space that the business is required to provide under the terms and conditions set forth in land development sections of this Code. A credit shall be allowed for each parking space provided by the business at the time of payment of the tax. The Planning Department shall calculate the fee. This fee will be part of the business license fee.
