§ 3.28.070. Submission of parking district fees as associated with the annual business license applications.

Applications shall be submitted at the beginning of each fiscal year or the opening of business, whichever is earlier, and shall be signed by any owner or manager of business activity. The application shall be submitted on forms prepared by the City staff. It shall specify the number of parking spaces as determined by planning department staff. It shall be the applicant's responsibility to provide proof of accurate square footage of business space occupied by the applicant. The basis for the computation of such spaces shall also specify any credits claimed and the number of parking spaces provided serving as the basis for the computation of the credit. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly submit a return containing immaterial and false representation.
