§ 5.04.170. Cost of additional services.

If it is deemed necessary by the City to require additional police, fire or other services, these shall be provided for the purposes of protection, assisting and regulating the proposed activity. The cost of providing said additional services shall be paid to the City by the applicant and any additional services shall be coordinated through the City Treasurer or their designee.
