§ 5.04.200. Cleanup and restoration.

The applicant shall conduct operations in an orderly manner with diligent and continuous attention to the storage of equipment not in use and cleanup of all litter, trash and debris. Any area utilized shall be fully cleaned of all trash and debris within four hours of the completion of a particular activity. The applicant shall be responsible for restoring any/all area modified, altered and/or damaged in any way prior to leaving the site. If the site is not restored or repaired to the City's satisfaction, the City Council shall have any/all necessary restoration and/or repairs performed and shall charge all necessary work to the permittee.
