§ 5.12.050. Required public safety employees.

  • The City reserves and has the right to determine which public safety employees will be necessary for each instance of film activity. Public safety employee requirements shall be determined by the film liaison officer in collaboration with appropriate City departments. Payment for public safety services will be billed by the City based upon current service costs to the City and must be paid by the applicant prior to the completion of filming.
