§ 7.10.040. Grave marking requirement.

Immediately after any interment, the undertaker in charge of interment shall after the grave is filled cause to be placed a substantial marker or other means of identification on which marker shall be the name of the person buried, the age of the person as nearly as can be obtained and the date of death.
