§ 8.04.070. Abandoned ice boxes and similar containers.

No person may leave in a place accessible to children an abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or similar container having an airtight or otherwise dangerous door unless the door can be easily released for opening from the inside. Locks or doors from containers not compliant with this section shall be removed.
