§ 8.08.010. Unlawful deposit of ashes.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to deposit any ashes or cause them to be deposited or permit or suffer the same to remain in any wooden vessel or other combustible receptacle. Ashes shall be placed in a safe depository of galvanized iron or other incombustible material not less than 12 inches from any wooden wall, wooden fence or other woodwork and not less than 20 feet from any wooden structure or building.
