§ 8.08.110. Removal of non-certified wood stoves and fireplace inserts on sale or transfer of structure.

The City Council finds that it is necessary for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the City's residents to require that non-certified wood stoves and fireplace inserts be removed from structures situated on real property when such properties are sold or otherwise transferred as required in Department of Environmental Quality guidelines, rules and regulations.
