§ 9.02.010. Consumption on public property and rights-of-way.

No person shall have in their possession on any public street, alley way, sidewalk or public property or public rights-of-way an open container of alcoholic beverages nor shall any person, while on such public streets, alley ways, sidewalks, public property or rights-of-way consume any alcoholic beverages unless part of an event approved through the City.
