§ 9.04.020. Panhandling prohibited.

No person shall cause or attempt to cause, a second person to be subjected to any verbal or physical contact for the purposes of panhandling or begging. The term "contact" includes, but is not limited to, verbally requesting, touching, grabbing or striking, either of the person or to personal property in the person's immediate possession.
