§ 9.06.020. Camping prohibited.

(A)

No person shall camp in or on any sidewalk, street, alley, trail, lane, public right-of-way, park, City-owned property or under any bridge or viaduct, unless otherwise specifically authorized by this code.

(B)

In the event of an emergency circumstance such as earthquake, fire, flood, explosions, natural disasters, and an emergency condition is declared by the Mayor or the City Council, camping for temporary periods may be allowed.
