§ 12.12.020. Permit; application.

The application for the permit required by section 12.12.010 shall be submitted in writing in such form as the Public Works Department may require from time to time. A permit shall be issued if it shall appear that the proposed work is in the best interests of the City or that the applicant has the right, by franchise or otherwise, to make the excavation proposed. All permits are subject to final approval by the City Administrator.
