§ 12.12.030. Backfill and compaction requirement.

No person shall install any paving or other finishing on any public highway after having excavated thereon without having backfilled and adequately compacted the backfill in the area of the excavation. The work shall be inspected, after backfill and compaction, by the City Administrator or his or her designee.
