§ 1.07.070. Effect of statement and explanation in mitigation.

If a defendant has submitted to the Court a written statement as provided in section 1.07.060(B), it constitutes a waiver of trial and a consent to judgment by the Court and declares a forfeiture of all or any part of the bail as determined by the Court on the basis of the statement of the complainant or any other witness which may be presented to the Court.
