§ 1.07.060. Responsibility of defendants.

The defendant shall either appear in Court at the time indicated in the summons or, prior to such time, shall deliver the summons to the Court, with a check or money order in the amount of the bail set forth on the summons, and:
(A)

A request for trial;

(B)

A statement of matters and an explanation in mitigation of the offense charged;

(C)

The executed appearance, waiver of trial and plea of guilty appearing on the summons; or

(D)

The executed appearance, plea of not guilty and request for trial appearing on the summons.
