§ 1.07.090. Trial discretionary with Courts; fines.

  • (A)

    If the defendant does not request a trial, the Court, at its discretion, may direct that a trial be held. Otherwise, the Court may enter the appropriate judgment, and return any amount by which the bail exceeds the fine.

    (B)

    No fine shall be imposed in excess of the amount of bail deposited by the defendant, unless a trial is held.
