§ 1.07.100. Failure to appear.

(A)

Intentional failure to appear in response to an order of the Court, given as prescribed in section 1.07.080, or given in open Court in the defendant's presence, may be punished as contempt, if such sanction is requested by or on behalf of the City.

(B)

No person shall knowingly fail to appear in Court, as provided in section 1.07.060, pursuant to a citation duly issued, served and filed under authority of this chapter.
