§ 1.07.110. Pending actions and proceedings.

The adoption of this chapter shall not be construed as abating any action or legal proceeding now pending under, or by virtue of, any ordinance repealed by the adoption of this chapter, as discontinuing, abating or modifying any penalty accruing or to accrue, as affecting the liability of any person or as waiving any right of the City under any ordinance existing on the effective date of this chapter.
