§ 1.07.190. Unified Development Code; revocation upon permit expiration.

  • (A)

    Any zoning permit, planned unit development permit, conditional use permit, sign permit, variance or any other approval granted in accordance with the terms of the provisions of the Unified Development Code shall be deemed revoked if not used within one year from the date of approval.

    (B)

    Said permit or approval shall be deemed used when the applicant has actually obtained a building permit and commenced construction thereunder, or has lawfully commenced the permitted use of the premises.

    (C)

    The review body or officers approving the application may grant an extension to this time period subject to the procedure set forth in section 1.07.200.
