§ 1.07.200. Unified Development Code; revocation upon violation of condition of approval.

Any zoning permit, planned unit development permit, conditional use permit, sign permit, variance or any other approval granted in accordance with the terms of this title may be revoked subject to the procedure set forth in section 1.07.210 below if any of the conditions or terms of such permit or variance are violated or if any law or ordinance is violated in connection therewith.
