§ 2.04.050. Official relationship with City Council.

(A)

Except for the purpose of inquiry, the Council members shall deal with the City Administrator through the Mayor.

(B)

No Council member shall give orders to any subordinate or City employee, either publicly or privately, except through the Mayor. Requests for information are permissible.
