§ 2.08.050. Violations; penalties.

(A)

Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed an offense and assessed a fine and penalty established by the City Council annually by resolution. A schedule of fees, fines and penalties is kept on file in the offices of the City for review.

(B)

Any person who shall attempt to commit any of the offenses mentioned in this chapter, but who, for any reason is prevented from consummating such act, shall be deemed guilty of an offense.
