§ 2.36.070. Meeting conduct.

Robert's Rules of Order Revised shall be used as a guide in the conduct of Council meetings. Robert's Rules of Order Revised for small boards applies to any group with fewer than 12 members. These rules of order may be relaxed at the discretion of the presiding officer to simplify and clarify matters before the Council.
