§ 2.36.160. Speaking by Council members generally.

  • Every Council member desiring to speak shall wait to be acknowledged by the chair. In discussion each member of the Council will have an opportunity to speak at least once before another member speaks. Upon recognition, they shall confine remarks to the issue under debate and address the remarks to the Chair.
