§ 4.10.060. Appeal; hearing.

The City Council shall hold a hearing on the appeal within 40 days from the time appeal is filed. The Council might continue the hearing for good cause. Following the hearing the City Council may affirm, overrule or modify the decision or requirement made by the Parking Committee. The disposition of the appeal shall be final.
