§ 4.10.050. Appeals; procedure.

  • Any person directly interested in or aggrieved by any decision or requirement made by the Parking Committee may appeal to the City Council. Written notice of the appeal shall be filed with the City Recorder within ten days after the decision or requirement is made. The notice of appeal shall state the nature of the decision or requirement and the grounds for appeal. There will be a non-refundable fee established by the City Council annually by resolution. A schedule of such fees, fines and penalties is kept on file in the offices of the City for review. This fee will be paid at the City offices prior to appeal being placed on an agenda before the City Council.
