§ 5.04.020. Business license requirement.

Latest version.

No person, canvasser, solicitor or peddler, for himself or as agent or employee of another, shall do business within the City unless:
(A)

Such business has been duly licensed as provided in this chapter; and

(B)

This license is valid at the time of the transaction.
