§ 5.04.120. Event/special event permits.

The City may require that an individual or business enterprise obtain an event permit in addition to a business license in order to engage in a particular activity of duration less than one year as prescribed by ordinance. The City will provide an event packet deemed appropriate for the scale of the event to be completed by the applicant. An event packet may be deemed necessary for any event which the City staff determines has a significant impact on the City and its services.
