§ 5.04.140. Event/special event permit application.

  • (A)

    Any entity requiring a permit under the provisions of this chapter shall make application on the appropriate form(s) provided by the City Recorder or their designee. Such completed application with all supporting documentation shall be submitted at least 14 days prior to the date on which such person desires to conduct the activity for which said permit is required. An event packet may require City Council approval at a regularly scheduled meeting. City Council submission deadlines may apply.

    (B)

    If such activity requires a special use permit, the application must be made four weeks in advance. The City Recorder or their designee may waive the requirement that applications be filed four weeks in advance when it is determined that neither the City nor the general public will be inconvenienced or harmed by doing so.
