§ 5.04.180. Hold harmless agreement, insurance requirements, facilities use agreements.

The applicant shall execute a hold harmless agreement, certificate of liability meeting the standards set for by the City, and a signed facilities use agreement as provided by the City prior to the City issuing the required permit(s).
