(A)

The City places a high priority on the safety and well-being of all employees. To further the City's effort to help protect employees from harm, the following policy has been established.

(B)

An Employee Safety Committee consisting of at least one member from each department (Public Works, Administration, Fire, Police) shall meet as required by OSHA regulations. Records shall be kept by either written action minutes and/or by an audio recording.
