§ 1.07.130. Trial appearance by City Attorney.

Latest version.

At any trial or hearing involving a citation issued and prosecuted under the provisions of this chapter, except section 1.07.100(A), the City Attorney shall not appear, except by leave or on order of the Court, or unless counsel for the defendant appears.
